Blobade throws you into a compact multiplayer arena where every movement matters. You control a blob warrior armed for close-range combat, collect gold to grow stronger, and pick the right moment to attack. It feels simple at first. Then the arena starts closing in, opponents appear from different directions, and one bad charge can end the entire run.
Your main objective is to become the last blob standing.
Gold scattered around the map is an important part of your survival strategy. Collect it when the area is safe, but don't become so focused on farming that you walk straight into another fighter. Defeating an enemy also gives you access to their dropped gold, so a well-timed elimination can quickly turn a weak position into a strong one.
There are two ways to build momentum during a match:
The charged attack is especially useful. Hold the attack button, wait for the right opening, then release to dash toward your target. It can close distance, surprise a distracted opponent, or help you escape when a stronger blob gets too close.
But don't charge blindly. A player who sees the attack coming has time to move away.
The shrinking play area is where Blobade gets serious.
Early in a match, you have room to circle enemies, gather gold, and choose your fights. Later, that freedom disappears. Players are pushed toward the same space, making positioning, attack range, and reaction speed much more important.
Sometimes the smartest move is simply to wait.
Let two opponents fight, stay outside their attack range, and move in when one of them is already weakened. Greed gets punished quickly in a crowded arena.
You can choose Play Online for public matches, Play Offline to practice against bots, or Play Vs Friends to create a private room with a code.
The Shop also lets you unlock cosmetic blob skins with gold, giving you something to work toward beyond a single match.
Don't chase every opponent you see. Collect nearby gold, watch the shrinking arena, and attack when an enemy has limited escape options. Quick attacks are safer at close range, while charged attacks work best when you already know where your target is going.
That balance between aggression, positioning, and survival is what gives Blobade its bite. Easy to pick up. Much harder to dominate.
