About Horror Nun
Horror Nun is a first-person survival horror game, and the player is thrown into the haunted and frightening regions of Eagle’s Junior High School. You are the one in the midst of a place where faith is accompanied by ferocity, so you have to endure the almost impossible fear, solve very tricky puzzles, and finally sneak away from Sister Madeline, whose presence you can't help but feel. The moment the doors shut behind you, you are always on the edge of your seat.
The game takes place in the 1960s and narrates a very dark tale of children who were promised to be disciplined and have fun, but ended up facing the opposite, the worst, this being ritual, mourning, and punishment. Sister Madeline, with all her past wounds and warped beliefs, rules the school. You will get a chance to wander through the school, i.e., classrooms, dorms, and secret tunnels, where the ghosts of the banished kids will tell you the truth that lies behind the nightmare.
Playing Horror Nun
The objective of the game is very clear yet horrifying: to stay alive and get out. Every single move has to be planned out, as noises, shadows, and wrong moves can very quickly result in getting caught.
Stealth-Based Survival
In Horror Nun, stealth is the most powerful tool of the player. Very quietly make your way through the halls. If the enemy is near, sneak and hide in the lockers or vents. Knowing Sister Madeline's patrol route is the most important condition for survival.
Puzzle Solving and Exploration
Layered puzzles need to be solved to move forward in Horror Nun. Try to find keys, tools, and clues in the rooms, and then combine the items carefully to open up new areas. Each puzzle gets you a bit closer to a way out, but it also makes the situation riskier.
Smart Inventory Management
It is allowed in Horror Nun to have only one item at a time. Obey your routes, drop items when it is best, and come back for them after the place is safe. Bad planning might take away every time.
Escape Routes
There are many different escape routes in Horror Nun, and among them are doors, vehicles,s and risky objectives. Pick the one that suits your confidence and time the best.
