On December 5, 2025, the movie Five Nights at Freddy’s will officially premiere. While you’re waiting, you can “practice” by playing Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 – the version that keeps millions of people awake.
Game Introduction
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is the sequel to the famous horror series created by Scott Cawthon. You play as Jeremy Fitzgerald, a night guard at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
Unlike the first part, this time you have no safe door to close. Your only tools are a flashlight, a camera system, and a Freddy mask to fool the animatronics. The mission sounds simple: hold out from midnight to 6 am for five nights. But in reality, every second is as tense as a heart-pounding punch.
Haunting characters
- Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica – look cute, but get close and you’ll die.
- Mangle – crawls across the ceiling, making an annoying buzzing sound.
- Withered Foxy – only retreats when you flash the flashlight.
- Balloon Boy – won’t kill you, but “steals” the flashlight, so you’re half dead.
- The Puppet – if you let the music box stop, it’s game over.
How to play
- Move your mouse to view security cameras.
- Hold CTRL or spacebar to turn on the flashlight.
- Wear the Freddy mask when an animatronic enters the room.
- Always keep the music box in Cam 11 active to keep The Puppet away.
- Listen for sounds, especially from the vents.
Survival tips
- Prioritize Cam 11; the music box is your life.
- Wear the mask immediately when the animatronic appears in the room.
- Flash the flashlight repeatedly to force Foxy to disappear.
- Flashlights are limited; use sparingly.
- Don’t be complacent with Balloon Boy – it won’t kill you, but it will knock you off guard.
- Listen carefully to the sounds – sometimes your ears are more important than your eyes.
Nightly progression
- Night 1 – Basic, gentle introduction.
- Night 2 – More enemies become active.
- Night 3 – Withered and Mangle appear.
- Night 4 – Foxy and The Puppet start to get extremely aggressive.
- Night 5 – Everyone rushes in, speed and reflexes are key.
